Spaz, also known as William Tagura, is the genius behind the Enchanted Forest. Working for the defense industry, he perfected the Forest and then stole the technology. On the run, he's wanted by more than just the government. Someone within the werewolves wants his secrets and will stop at nothing to get them.
Spaz is a good friend of Kira Walker and Susan Baker.
